What You Need

large baking potatoes (about 1 lb.)

1/4

cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing

1/4

cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips

pkt. SHAKE 'N BAKE Chicken Coating Mix

1/4

cup GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard

Tbsp. honey

It's for dipping and dunking and mixing-upping. And yes, for salad too.

Make It

HEAT oven to 425°F.

CUT potatoes into 1/2-inch-thick strips; place in large bowl. Add dressing and cheese; toss to coat. Spread onto large baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.

BAKE 12 min. Meanwhile, coat chicken with coating mix as directed on package.

TURN potatoes over. Add chicken to baking sheet. Bake 15 min. or until potatoes are tender and chicken is done. Mix mustard and honey. Serve as a dipping sauce with chicken.

This is an awesome recipe. To prevent the fries and chicken from sticking to the cookie sheet. I use the non-stick Reynolds wrap. Works like a charm!!! I'm making this meal for the second time tonight for the family!!! I love. it.

Easy and quick. The only problem I had was that the I too used foil and the chicken and potatoes still stuck to the foil. The tatse is great and my family really liked it.

I am making this recipe tonight at my 15 year old and 16 year old sons request . 1 of the things i use when baking no matter what it is Parchment paper. It works great and i also use crisco butter spray on it as well and have never had a problem with sticking just easy clean up.

Potatoes sticking is a definity problem. I tried foil, and they still stuck. When I flipped them, and the coating was on the pan, nothing on the potatoes!

great recipe! i've already made it twice! the only problem that i had was with the potatoes sticking to the cookie sheet. i tried both a spray and a liquid oil but both times it was the same. everything tastes great regardless!

Super easy and tasty supper even for my picky husband. Made this while my 5 month old napped and it was ready before she realized that we were eating and not paying attention to her. Thanks so much!

My potatoes stuck like crazy to the greased pan and some parts of the potatoes had burned spots on it because I had to cook longer than the recommended time. The chicken was pretty good. All-in-all, my kids loved it though.

This is a new family winner! With very picky children, I try new things cautiously, but this seemed to please everyone. I loved that the fries didn't need extra salt since they were well flavored. Mine also needed more cooking time, but that is because I doubled the recipe. I used my own chicken coating recipe since I didn't have shake & bake in the house. Overall, a quick and easy meal that I will reapeat again often. Thanks!
