What You Need

large baking potatoes (about 1 lb.)

1/4

cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing

1/4

cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips

pkt. SHAKE 'N BAKE Chicken Coating Mix

1/4

cup GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard

Tbsp. honey

It's for dipping and dunking and mixing-upping. And yes, for salad too.

Make It

HEAT oven to 425°F.

CUT potatoes into 1/2-inch-thick strips; place in large bowl. Add dressing and cheese; toss to coat. Spread onto large baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.

BAKE 12 min. Meanwhile, coat chicken with coating mix as directed on package.

TURN potatoes over. Add chicken to baking sheet. Bake 15 min. or until potatoes are tender and chicken is done. Mix mustard and honey. Serve as a dipping sauce with chicken.

THIS IS DEFINATLY MY HUSBANDS FAV. I SUGGEST MAKIN THIS WITH THE EXTRA CRISPY SHAKE N BAKE. THE FRIES ARE AWESOME!

My family enjoyed this, even though it was baked it didn't lack any taste to us. I am going to try seasoned bread crumbs next time.

I would make this again but not with the herb and something shake and bake mix. It tasted horrible.

I made this for my Son's Birthday and it was a hit. Everyone was suprised they were home made and the great taste. I would definitely make this again.

Tasty and easy. All 3 of my kids liked this recipe. I liked that they were baked in the oven; better for you and doesn't stink up the house! I used egg and bread crumbs.

I just got done serving this to my husband, daughter, our friend and his son. we all walked away wanting more that i actually made more fries. my daughter loves fries but i hate to give them to her all the time. these were a hit and i did not feel greasy afterwards like i would if i had ate this in a fast food restaurant.
