What You Need

large baking potatoes (about 1 lb.)

1/4

cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing

1/4

cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips

pkt. SHAKE 'N BAKE Chicken Coating Mix

1/4

cup GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard

Tbsp. honey

It's for dipping and dunking and mixing-upping. And yes, for salad too.

Make It

HEAT oven to 425°F.

CUT potatoes into 1/2-inch-thick strips; place in large bowl. Add dressing and cheese; toss to coat. Spread onto large baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.

BAKE 12 min. Meanwhile, coat chicken with coating mix as directed on package.

TURN potatoes over. Add chicken to baking sheet. Bake 15 min. or until potatoes are tender and chicken is done. Mix mustard and honey. Serve as a dipping sauce with chicken.

For easy clean up without fries or chicken sticking to pan, use parchment paper.

The recipe was simple to follow. I did cook the potatoes about 15 min. longer than the recipe said too. The chicken was good. The potatoes were fabulous.Very tasty! I did not have any honey in the house so I skipped the honey mustard sauce

I love this recipe!! My son is 15 and anyone who has one this age knows if you have one, you have a dozen, so I made this for the boys and they loved it!! I didn't even have crumbs left and I made 3 lbs. of chicken and used 9 big baking potatoes. I used ranch dressing instead of the honey mustard though. Even my husband loves it!!!!
