What You Need

large baking potatoes (about 1 lb.)

1/4

cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing

1/4

cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips

pkt. SHAKE 'N BAKE Chicken Coating Mix

1/4

cup GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard

Tbsp. honey

It's for dipping and dunking and mixing-upping. And yes, for salad too.

Make It

HEAT oven to 425°F.

CUT potatoes into 1/2-inch-thick strips; place in large bowl. Add dressing and cheese; toss to coat. Spread onto large baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.

BAKE 12 min. Meanwhile, coat chicken with coating mix as directed on package.

TURN potatoes over. Add chicken to baking sheet. Bake 15 min. or until potatoes are tender and chicken is done. Mix mustard and honey. Serve as a dipping sauce with chicken.

I didn't have Italian dressing but used Ranch instead...was worried if my kids would like it...THEY LOVED IT!!! they also ask for it almost daily!

I was worried if my husband would like this because he loves fast food, but he took one bite and said, "OH! This is so good!" He finished the rest of his plate off with excitement.

Great recipe! The entire family loved it! The fries were awesome and the chicken turned out great. I added Miracle Whip Dressing to the honey mustard mixture--it was tasty. Quick to make - not a lot of clean up...added to my weekly menu list. A real keeper.

This is a great recipe....easy and tasty....I make this one over and over again as it is a favorite of my 4 year old daughter. And of course, my husband and I enjoy it too. I feel good knowing that it's more nutritious than a McDonald's Happy Meal!
