What You Need

large baking potatoes (about 1 lb.)

1/4

cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing

1/4

cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips

pkt. SHAKE 'N BAKE Chicken Coating Mix

1/4

cup GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard

Tbsp. honey

It's for dipping and dunking and mixing-upping. And yes, for salad too.

Make It

HEAT oven to 425°F.

CUT potatoes into 1/2-inch-thick strips; place in large bowl. Add dressing and cheese; toss to coat. Spread onto large baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.

BAKE 12 min. Meanwhile, coat chicken with coating mix as directed on package.

TURN potatoes over. Add chicken to baking sheet. Bake 15 min. or until potatoes are tender and chicken is done. Mix mustard and honey. Serve as a dipping sauce with chicken.

I put some flour in a plastic bag and coated my chicken pieces with the flour before dipping in the egg and breading. Coating the chicken with flour first helps the breading to stick. My kitchen counters were a mess after making this recipe, but the resulting dinner was good. I was surprised how tasty the baked chicken and fries were.

I liked this recipe, since the chicken was baked and not fried like traditional chicken fingers. I kept looking for baked chicken fingers and this one was fast and easy. We used chicken seasoning and bread crumbs for a lighter version, than using Shake and Bake Seasoning. I would love to have this recipe again.

I used the non-stick foil to line the pan and had no problems. My family loved both the chicken and fries. This will be a regular in our house.

This is fast becoming a weekly course in our house. I tried the potatoes for the first time tonight and you definitely need to grease/spray the cookie sheet. Our next time we're trying the Parmesan Shake N Bake for a different flavor. My kids love them and the grown ups like them, too!

This was an okay recipe. I could not get the shake and bake seasoning to stay on the chicken though. The potatoes were okay too. Mine did not stick to the pan because I used to wax paper suggestion. It still stuck to the wax paper but the potatoes were still good. Overall, the meal was not as nice as the picture, but it did taste good.

This recipe was excellent!!! My husband enjoyed it and my 4 year old daughter absolutely loved the potatoes!!! I had no problem with the potatoes sticking. I just sprayed the pan with pam cooking spray.

Pretty good, need a bit more flavor on the potatos. I did cook the potatos on a rack for the first 12 minutes and then moved them directly to a sprayed pan with the chicken and had no sticking issues. It is an easy quick meal which I love!
