What You Need

large baking potatoes (about 1 lb.)

1/4

cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing

1/4

cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips

pkt. SHAKE 'N BAKE Chicken Coating Mix

1/4

cup GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard

Tbsp. honey

It's for dipping and dunking and mixing-upping. And yes, for salad too.

Make It

HEAT oven to 425°F.

CUT potatoes into 1/2-inch-thick strips; place in large bowl. Add dressing and cheese; toss to coat. Spread onto large baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.

BAKE 12 min. Meanwhile, coat chicken with coating mix as directed on package.

TURN potatoes over. Add chicken to baking sheet. Bake 15 min. or until potatoes are tender and chicken is done. Mix mustard and honey. Serve as a dipping sauce with chicken.

I haven't made this recipe yet, but when I do I will put my cookie rack on the pan and put the potatoes and chicken on it. That way there will be less surface to stick.

The fries took way longer to cook than 30 minutes AND stuck to the pan really bad. The chicken turned out tender but didn't really have a lot of flavor. Kids liked it with lots of ketchup.

I think I will cook the chicken and potatoes on seperate pans next time.

Fries stuck to the pan really bad & took WAY longer to cook than recommended. Neither the chicken nor the fries ever became crispy. I won't be making this again!

This was one of the easiest recipes that I have made in a while. It was super simple and very flavorful. I made it for my roommates one night, and it was just the pick-me-up that we all needed. This will definitely be a "go to" recipe in my collection. Very good, indeed!

The fries stuck alot. I didn't have shake and bake so I used It. bread crumbs. Probable would have been alot better, but before I put the breading on the chix, I put some of the dressing on the chix. The chix was way to moist, it never crisped up or anything.

Fries did stick a bit but mostly I didn't like the seasoning on the chicken - next time I will make this using Italian Bread Crumbs which I think tastes better. The fries were good though!
