Yummy! Yummy! Yummy! We make this on Friday nights to get that "restaurant feeling" but it's so inexpensive and easy!

My family loves this recipe, my daycare kids love it too. Whenever I make chicken especially if its supposed to be crispy. I put it on a wire cooling rack on top of a baking sheet that way any moisture that leaks from the chicken can stay on the pan and not the chicken. I always get crispy chicken that way.

The chicken needed more flavor it did came out soggy on the bottom too, next time I will add more flavor to the chicken. The fries are good but mine where a little dry.

I made this the first time I saw it printed in the magazine and it is a recipe I keep coming back to. It's a family pleaser and pretty easy to put together. I generally use italian bread crumbs in place of the shake and bake becuase it's what I have on hand and they still have a great flavor. I generally make extra chicken to use for salad toppers or tortillas the next day.

I liked this recipe. I used "Oven Fry" brand (for extra crispy chicken) instead of Shake-n-Bake. I also added Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, paprika and a pinch of thyme to the Oven Fry mixture. The chicken came out moist and juicy. The fries were very good. I will make this again.

The Shake n Bake made the chicken very moist, but it needed more flavor. Next time I will try adding salt and other spices. The potatoes were very good!

I have made this recipe for me and my 10-year old several times and he loves it!!! He even requests the fries and I love that fact that they are baked and somewhat more healthy than frying in oil. All-in-all it is a very good recipe I plan on making again and again.
