What You Need

large baking potatoes (about 1 lb.)

1/4

cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing

1/4

cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips

pkt. SHAKE 'N BAKE Chicken Coating Mix

1/4

cup GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard

Tbsp. honey

It's for dipping and dunking and mixing-upping. And yes, for salad too.

Make It

HEAT oven to 425°F.

CUT potatoes into 1/2-inch-thick strips; place in large bowl. Add dressing and cheese; toss to coat. Spread onto large baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.

BAKE 12 min. Meanwhile, coat chicken with coating mix as directed on package.

TURN potatoes over. Add chicken to baking sheet. Bake 15 min. or until potatoes are tender and chicken is done. Mix mustard and honey. Serve as a dipping sauce with chicken.

This recipe was very fast and simple. My entire family enjoyed this meal. All the ingredients were something that I had on hand. Easy enough to make when my son's bring home their friends on the spur of the moment.

This is a keeper. Easy and tasty. Served with a vegetable or salad and you will have a great meal. We made the suggested sauce and we thought it was good. We also included our favorite chipotle sauce so you can have your choice.

I liked how this was so easy to make, but I do agree that the potatos needed to be cooked longer. I might make this again, taking that into account, and I believe it would be a lot better.

The potatoes are my favorite part of this recipe. When I made the potatoes the first time it seemed to me that there was too much dressing so I modified the recipe by using less dressing and more seasonings. I sprinkle the potatoes with garlic powder and a seasoned sea salt in addition to the parmesan cheese.

This was a perfect meal for my 2-year old to help make - he loved shaking the chicken and scrubbing the potatoes! A new family favorite.

i loved how easy this recipe was to make.. and my 2 year old daughter loved how easy it was to eat. i have made this twice already and i plan on making it many more times. it is a healthy way my toddler can eat her favorite meal--chicken nuggets!

Very tasty, easy, and FAST! Loved the recipe. I used tin foil on the cookie sheet, and did grease it, but it still stuck a little bit. I will grease it better and more next time. The fries were perfect and so tasty! The chicken was great too! I will definitely make this again!

This was quite tasty, which surprised me since I normally don't like chicken fingers. Son (11), husband, and I all agreed it was a "make again". I made no changes to the recipe at all.
