I have been making something like this for years and it's amazing! I have used ricotta as well when layering.

I have made this many times (and will make again) - it's really easy and very good. White cheddar mac and cheese is a nice change from the regular kind, though my kids like it either way!

This is so easy to make! It's a great way of taking kid friendly foods and making it interesting and appealing for adults. It's now a staple in our meal plans! Yummy.

My kids love this dish and its very easy to make. I usually double it because it doesn't make enough for my family.

WOW! I can't believe how good this dish tasted! We used white cheddar shells instead of the traditional macaroni dinner. Also, we used "Mezzetta" Tomato Basil sauce and very lean ground beef. I left this meal with the same feeling of satisfaction I've felt after eating at a really good Italian restaurant!

Great Recipe! I made this for the first time tonight and my husband and daughter loved it. It was very easy to make and used ingredients I always have on hand. Next time I think I'll add onion, green pepper, and mushroom just to add a little zip.
