I had started making this recipe last Christmas because I wanted to try something different. I was going to bring it over to a friend's house earlier this year so that she could try it. Unfortunately, the dinner date she planned was canceled. I made it for a retirement party for a co-worker and everybody ate it. They loved it. I made it for the co-worker's summer dinner date in July and she and some other co-workers thought it was delicious. I sent the recipe to another friend up in Northern Virginia and she loved it.
