My whole family LOVED this! I switched out rotel tomatoes for the mex diced tomatoes. We served it topped with lettuce, black olives, avacado strips, salsa, and sour cream. Next time I think I will throw in a can of mexican corn as well. We have a new family favorite recipe to make again and again!
This is a favorite of my teenage son. When his friends come over I always make this because it is the first thing they all request me to make and there is never any leftover.Everyone loves it.
This is one recipe that I am GUARANTEED my 2 year old twins will eat! Very good! I add a can of corn to it. We have this 2-3 times a month!
It was okay. My family ate it, but everybody said it was bland. Maybe if you use rotel tomatoes, it would taste better.
This was very good. I used ground turkey instead of beef and i added a can of original rotel. It was so good!!
Very easy, quick and tasty. Will definitely make again. I used regular canned tomatoes and added 1/2 a package of taco seasoning for some extra flavor. Good!!
I made this for my picky husband and he loves it (as well as I do) This recipe is great when I dont feel like going to the store, because I always seem to have all of the ingredients in the house. This tastes great, and serves up well as a leftover.
I made this in a hurry and it was so easy! I had Rotel tomotoes on hand and they made it a little too spicy for my daughters to eat but it was delicious and quick!
I have made this receipe on several occasions and its a hit every time! To serve 4 I had to double the receipe, but everyone enjoyed it. And I enjoy how easy/inexpensive it is. :)
This dish was quick and easy to make. Even my neice who is a very pickie eater said she loved it and when can we make more!!!
