Yummy comfort food. I used an off brand of stuffing mix (sorry Kraft, it's all I had on hand) and adjusted the amount of water to what was listed on the box and it was perfect. Loved the crunchiness of the stuffing on top. Once on the serving plate, I sprinkled with a little bit of Paula Deen's Silly Salt. Delish! Thanks for a tasty, quick recipe.

It was great and easy to make. I used Cornbread stuffing instead of Chicken , worked just as well. Will make again with no problems.

We loved it! I did not have cream of chicken soup, so substituted cream of celery, and the flavor was just great. I did saute the chicken pieces beforehand so I would not have to worry if it was done through. I mixed a couple tablespoons of butter into the stuffing mix, so that is probably why my stuffing did not get crunchy. Also, when sauteeing the chicken, I added some finely chopped onion and red bell pepper.
