This had a weird flavor to us. The chicken was very tender though. I don't think I am a fan of the cream of chicken.

The top was too crunchy It seems like the Stove Top lost its flavor. No one in my family liked it. The mixed veggies were too much for ths dish.

I added a little onion and celery to the stuffing mix and used chicken broth instead of water. Everyone enjoyed this dish.

I made this recipe with left over Roasted chicken and roasted vegetables. I baked it until stuffing was browned. It was out of this world. My six year old son ate two servings of this. There wasn't a crumb left over. I am making this again for sure.

My husband declared, "It's Delicious!" I didn't have any frozen veggies, so I used some fresh produce out of my garden (zucchini, peas, green onion, and snow peas). Next time I'll add some fresh mushrooms. All the veggies cooked up just fine in the casserole ... I didn't precook them. I used Stove Top Cornbread Stuffing for the topping. This was so good, you could 'up' the veggies and leave out the chicken for a vegetarian casserole.
