I was so surprised on how little time it took to prepare and cook this meal. And my 5 year old, who's extremely picky, loved it. We all loved it and will have it again soon.

Granted I love peppers and onions, but this recipe has too much of them going on. Plus I would add more pasta sauce. My husband asked that I didn't make it again.

I made this for my husband and I plus two guests. We even had leftovers. Though the stuffing was a bit soggy everyone loved it. I did had the cheese on top which was perfect.

I really liked this recipe. My husband will not eat it again. It has a very fresh taste, but even after adding cheese, the primary taste of the dish is the vegetables. Great for veggie lovers!

The first dish my husband did NOT like! It was probably the worst meal I ever cooked. Sauce and stuffing are not a good combo.

Not very good..... Chicken is bland, and the stuffing doesnt have enough water mixed with it making it crunchy!

My kids really enjoyed this dish! We eat a lot of chicken, so this was a good way to serve chicken without the kids getting burned out on just plain chicken breasts.

very good when fresh out of the oven but becomes very watery when refrigerated. The vegetables were also a little cruncy for my family's taste

This recipe turned out watery and difficult to serve. I think I would replace the tomato sauce with drained diced tomatoes.

There were four of us eating this meal and we all loved it. Next time we will add the cheese and garlic as cbiedebach suggested, but two of the group do not eat mushrooms so they won't be added. We'll definitely make this again.
