It could have used more chocolate but this was much better than I expected. I doubled the amount of cream cheese spread and I should have done the same with the chocolate.

Easy to make! Wasn't too chocolately (is that a word?), but had just enough chocolate flavor to satisfy a sweet tooth. I also liked the flavor of the cinnamon. Wasn't like a traditional bread pudding, but made an interesting dessert...great with a cup of coffee. Made it with leftover homemade bread and in a 13x9 pan since that's what was available at the time. Might have been moister or thicker in the smaller pan, but still tasted good! Would make this again!

This did not turn out like a bread pudding. It was very dry.

Loved it! I made a few changes, I used fat free cream cheese because that was all I had and chocolate chips morsels. If I were to make it again as a desert, I would use the chocolate chips, but if I were to do it for a brunch, I would use raisins or dates instead of chocolate. Next time I plan to use Splenda Brown sugar instead also.

This was wonderful. I use dark bittersweet chocolate (a little more than the recipe called for) and dried cranberries. Next time I plan try it with dried cherries.

This was so quick and easy to assemble. I used caramel chocolate swirl chips and they just enhanced the carmel cinnamon flavor. My son-in-law even asked me to fix this recipe again, so you know it had to be good.
