Light and almost quilt free with all the fat free and low fat ingredients. Took it to a party and it was loved.

I originally made this recipe from the Kraft Food and Family magazine. I have made the recipe about 10 or 12 times since. It is one of my favorite. I have however, changed it to my taste. After making it the first time exactly by the directions I realized that I would like it better without the nilla wafer cookie crust. I do not care for graham cracker crust either. So I skip the crust and the chocolate shavings, too. If I am making it in a 9 x 13 inch pan, I use 6 bananas. I made half a recipe yesterday for a neighbor couple and placed it in a round dish. No chocolate shavings but I do have some chocolate sprinkles for theirs. Love this recipe.

I halved the recipe because there is only 3 of us. I had to use 30 vanilla wafers and 4 tablespoons of butter to make the crust fit an 11"x7" baking dish. The rest of the recipe was fine. This is delicious and was gone within 2 days.

It was delicious! I didn't add the top layer of whip cream and it was still very good. One thing to be careful of is the bananas...this is a dessert that needs to be eaten quickly! (2-3 days max)

This is an AWESOME recipe. I've made it numerous times and it always turns out. It's not too heavy or rich and I love that it has bananas in it. Just make sure you have enough time to leave it in the fridge for the set time!!

Excellent, excellent, and excellent!! My kids and I just made this recipe and I was surprised at how easy it was to do! The kids were "taste testing" along the way and are waiting to taste the end result (still waiting for it to set). I would definitely make this again... only in double quantity!!
