I made this for a church function and received many compliments. It was a hit! I think I would prefer a thicker crust, so I will increase the number of vanilla wafers and marg, accordingly, next time.

Excellent recipe and easy to make. It was perfect for a impromptu gathering and having the squares make portion control easier.

very easy to make and way more neater than the traditional banana pudding during serving. I luv it!

if you like banana cream pie you'll love this. I didn't use any of the fat free stuff, just the regular, so I wouldn't call it healthy living, but it was very good and rich.

Made this for a work potluck and it was a hit! Easy to make and so good! I just put a larger container under it filled with ice and it stayed cold...held together nicely all day long! Some leftovers from work and my family was ecstatic : )

I've been making this for years. Found a similar recipe in a magazine and changed it to this on my own. I have been making it with an oreo crust on the bottom. Everyone loves it.

The only thing I did different is doubled the nilla wafers and margarine to make a thicker crust which I think made a big difference.
