I made it twice now. First time, there was not enough filling to fill my dish so second time I doubled it. Tastes better, more like a cheesecake. I think next time I'll double the pudding as well.

This is a great recipe and quick to make. I made it twice over Christmas & it went over really well. Great for Diabetic's. People couldn't believe it was made with fat free foods.

I made this dessert for Christmas and my entire family loved it. My mom is diabetic so finding a dessert that everyone will like and that is healthy enough for her to have some is always hard. This was a huge hit - no one even knew it was a healthier dessert!

Obviously, similar to a Banana Pudding. So, it's very good. An easy dessert to fix for a crowd. It should be easy to adopt to a ready-made graham cracker pie crust.
