This sounds wonderful - I am going to use the premade cookie piecrust (one vanilla and one chocolate) and cut as a pie.

in response to 43grace comments, the nutrition info is on the bottom, 17g per serving. My son is type 1, and this is a great dessert for him. We love this recipe! will make again :)

You need to list the carbs for your diabetic recipes. I doubt this would qualify for a Type 1 diabetic.

This is always a party request and favorite. I have also tried it with chocolate pudding and it was loved just as much.

It was a good little change to my original banana pudding cream pie.

Made this for Thanks Giving...and it was such a hit with everyone. They were mad that I only made one tray...

Another hit! So easy and makes a huge amount, we're still eating leftover dessert! Next time I am making a thicker crust though.

This is excellent! I'm normally a fan of banana pudding but I gave this a whirl for my brother-in-law who is diabetic. I did make just a few adjustments to lower the carbs but it came out wonderful and my husband even loved it. He's picky! I'll be making this again and again!

While the dish tasted great, it was a bit messy to serve.
