Have made this several times now - quick and easy meal for me and my roommate. can get a bit messy if the tortilla shell breaks. My suggestion would be to eat it in a bowl.

Really tasty and so pretty. Our daughter came for a quick dinner and she was most impressed. She is going to fix them for her family.

The taco bowls were such a cute presentation, but not so easy to eat out of if you followed the recipe. I would suggest baking them a little longer. After the 10 min in the muffin tin, let them sit out to cool, then turn them upside down on a cookie sheet to bake for another 10 min or so. Watch that you do not burn them! This will make them easier to break up when eating.

I made this for my family for dinner, and everyone loved them. I used my cupcake pan instead for easier handling. I will definelty make it again.

I made this for my grandaughters when we enjoyed an "over-night visit". They were a definate hit. The girls enjoyed making their own to suit their taste. The taco bowls were easier to pick up and eat than regular taco shells which broke into pieces at the first bite.

I made these for dinner last night. This will be the only way we eat tacos from now on. Really easy to make and delicious, too.
