This is such a fun recipe! My 4 year old loved that she got to fill her own "bowl" with her favorites. We did put taco seasoning in instead of the salsa (less spicy) and added corn and olives along with the lettuce. Such a good recipe for little chefs.

I thought these were easy to make and tasted like a mini taco salad with all of the toppings. I made these for a get-together and everyone loved them. I think I picked a mild salsa to incorporate with the meat, and it turned out well.

You all may have more common sense than I do, but make sure when you bake the tortillas, you make it flat on the bottom of the muffin pan, otherwise they topple over if not totally flat.

These were extremely easy and quick to me. The family really enjoyed them. I didn't use the salsa and instead mixed a little mexican rice into the meat and lined the bottom of the taco bowl with rice as well. Everyone liked the rice added in for extra flavor.

This recipe was great and fun to eat out of the little bowls. I expected it to turn out messy, but it wasn't. We added crushed Doritos on the top. I will definately make this one again!

I replaced the salsa and used sour cream instead of the dressing. Everyone love it!!!
