I thought these were easy to make and tasted like a mini taco salad with all of the toppings. I made these for a get-together and everyone loved them. I think I picked a mild salsa to incorporate with the meat, and it turned out well.

You all may have more common sense than I do, but make sure when you bake the tortillas, you make it flat on the bottom of the muffin pan, otherwise they topple over if not totally flat.

These were extremely easy and quick to me. The family really enjoyed them. I didn't use the salsa and instead mixed a little mexican rice into the meat and lined the bottom of the taco bowl with rice as well. Everyone liked the rice added in for extra flavor.

This recipe was great and fun to eat out of the little bowls. I expected it to turn out messy, but it wasn't. We added crushed Doritos on the top. I will definately make this one again!

I replaced the salsa and used sour cream instead of the dressing. Everyone love it!!!

couldn't get the tortillas to mold to the muffin cups. They tore and then the fillings went all over the place. What a mess!!!

Oh my goodness! We made these for superbowl along with some Mexican appetizers! They were such a hit! My husband has been begging for them ever since! (We did substitute the dressing for no-fat sour cream.)
