My family and I liked this dish very much and it was super easy and quick to make. Cooking the chicken with the dressing gave it a really good flavor and made it very tender. I did use white rice because that's all I had, but I would try the brown rice. I also added some chopped onion in with the chicken and some pepper and garlic powder. With a salad and some dinner rolls it made a great meal that both my young boys loved. Will make this one again

This was very good and easy to make. I like that it has everything all in one to make a healthy meal...grains, chicken and veggies. We weren't crazy about the texture of the brown rice...I think I will try it next time with white rice, but overall, a definite winner!

This meal was very good, my 3 year old even enjoyed it, it was a one dish dinner, and fast... will make it again. :0)

Cooking the chicken in the dressing kept it moist & tastey! We used fresh tomatoes from the garden - mmmm. We didn't care for thetexture of Minute Rice in there - would use regular rice... and more cheese!
