This was yummy with brown rice. It was just the right amount of cheese. My toddler even ate it!

Since most in my family do not like peppers I left them out. Instead I substituted frozen green beans which turned out really good. Also, I use white rice.

I marinated the chicken for about 30 min. Use 1 cup dressing instead of 1/2. Use extra broth too.

It was okay...very colorful, as someone else said. But nothing to write home about. All I could think about was what else I COULD have made with all that chicken and cheese......

Great tasting! I loved the colors in it - looked great on the table. I added a little extra cheese. The italian dressing was a little too strong for my tastes.

Very tasty! I loved the florets in place of the green peppers.

I added a little extra dressing and added frozen peas. My husband and enjoyed it and will have it again. It was very easy to make.
