I made this, and my husband and I loved it. How simple and delicious.

We loved this recipe. I increased the recipe by half since I have a larger family. I also marinated the cut chicken in the italian dressing for about 10 minutes--turned out great! Will definitely make this again.

I made this for my family and it was a big hit! I omitted the tomatoes and green peppers because my young kids don't like them but it was still great. For a family of picky eaters, this was a complete success! Can't even tell it's instant rice.

My boyfriend, his dad and myself loved this dish. I boiled 3 leg quarters and took them off the bones to make small pieces of chicken. i used 2 cans of regular chicken broth. added a little more dressing, a little red pepper. I had to cook the rice way longer then it said. All in all i WILL cook this alot.

This was very tasty and easy to make. I used canned tomatoes and they worked very well.

This was good but not great. I didn't add the tomatoes or green onions and I used white rice instead of brown rice. Like the other post stated, this does not keep well. The peppers will be soggy and won't heat up well. I picked them out and just reheated everything else. It was OK but better the first time around.
