This dish got mixed reviews. They either loved it or hated it. I should mention that it doesn't keep well, so plan not to have leftovers.

Very good, reminds me of a cajun dish, especially if you add some hot sauce!

This was good, it needed more seasoning. I liked the idea of everything in the same skillet and it was healthy. I used a red pepper and a few handfuls of fresh spinach for some extra vegetable but I had to add salt and a few shots of hot pepper brought it to life. If you make this for two people you can have enough for 2 meals. I may freeze some of my leftover.

It turned out really good. If I make it again, I will make the chicken and peppers bite-size. It was pretty diffucult to stir the bigger pieces in the pan.

I wasn't really impressed with the recipe. It just didnt' have all that much taste to me. My husband liked it, but I really didn't.

This dish was great, I had to substitute red peppers for green peppers but other than that it was wonderful. Just a hint to anyone that has read other reviews don't let the rice overcook, something you shouldn't do in any dish anyway.

It was an ok recipe. I had to add a lot of my own spices/flavorings to make it taste a little better. I may make it again but it wasn't spectacular.

The dish had this aftertaste that I did not like. I had to throw it all away, the recipe calls for way too much cheese. Will definitely not do this recipe again. Sorry Kraft!!

I substitued broccolli for the green pepper and did not use tomatoes. Will add more garlic and cheese next time I make this.

This was okay. Kind of bland. A lot of preperation for a not so flavorful dish. But it was edible! :)
