I have made this 3 times & it is FANTASTIC!!! Everyone ADORES this cheesecake. It is A LOT of work though - prep is more like an hour & it doesn't cook in 55 min - it took more like 90 minutes - you'll know it's done bc it kinda starts looking fluffy. Whatever you do - DON'T turn up your oven past 375 or it will burn! After you pull it out it settles back down as it sits, then you can put it in the fridge. I doubled the crust recipe too, just bc I wanted it to come up around the sides; I have also used pre-made crusts and it still works wonderfully. Try it, you won't regret it!!!!

I make this cheesecake every year for Thanksgiving because I don't like pumpkin pie, husband doesn't like pecan pie, etc... All five in my family love this cheesecake, so problem solved. This is our Thanksgiving desert. Yes, it is a lot of effort. But we all look forward to it, so now we all help with the chopping and crushing and mixing. It's SO worth it.

I have made this dessert two times. One for a jewelry party and one for my family's Thanksgiving dinner. Everyone loved it, even those who don't care for nuts. I will definately make this again and I am handing out the recipe to a lot of people.

These brownies are EASY to make and SO DELICIOUS. I took them to my Garden Club meeting and everyone RAVED And RAVED about them. Next time I will leave the nuts out so that my husband can try them. The caramel in them makes them oh so gooey and yummy!

I made this for a family dinner and everyone loved it! I used 2 fat free and regular cream cheese and it came out delicious! I thought the recipe asked for two eggs and that's what I used, instead of the four. Would greatly recommend!

I made this for Christmas 2009 and my mom is still talking about how it was the best cheesecake she's ever had. BIG hit!
