This is a fabulous recipe. I halved the recipe and made it in a 9x9 pan. I made it for Christmas instead of pie. It was a nice change.

I made this recipe for Christmas dessert and everyone loved it. By cutting to the suggested 24 pieces, it wasn't too rich for anyone. I made it with the PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese to save some calories, and noone even noticed.

This is a very good tasting cheesecake, not to rich ! I made for the holidays and everyone loved it ! I will be making this again.

I made a lighter version of this, substituting Splenda Brown Sugar Blend (half the amounts), 1/3 less fat cream cheese and light sour cream. I took it to an anniversary party for my daughter and son-in-law. It was the only item on the buffet that was "light". The other guests were amazed that it was lower in sugar and fat, but tasted so good! They also requested the recipe!

Excellent. Cutting is easier if the cheescake is very cold. Anyone try it in a spring pan?
