This recipe came out so fine! It's not too sweet and the spices are not too-overpowering. I used honey graham crackers for the crust. I think I'll try cinnamon graham crackers next time. The apple-pecan topping gives it a nice flavor, too.

This cheesecake was absolutely wonderful. I even used cream cheese with 1/3 less fat and it still turned out great. Even just the smell of it baking in the house made my mouth water. The only problem I had was it took about 25 minutes longer at 350 degrees in the oven for it to be "almost set" like the recipe says...and I have a brand new oven. So just be careful when baking.

I thought the recipe was good. I thought the crust could have been a little better. But i loved the cream cheese and the apples . It was a wonderful mixture.

I cut the recipe in half and put it in a square springform pan. It was terrific! I baked it for 50 min.

This turned out delicious and beautiful. I will make it again. Friends loved it. I think prep time is a little longer than 15 minutes - cutting up the apples, etc. but well worth it.

I made this cheesecake for my friend's birthday and it was a big hit. It was really rich and creamy and the taste reminded me of fall. Don't forget to drizzle the caramel topping. It makes taste like a caramel apple!

The apples just weren't done enough for me. The cheese cake part was very good.
