This recipe is wonderful and had lots of raves on it. The only thing is that I did it in my springform pan and it takes about 10 to 15 minutes longer depending on the oven.
This was like eating a pecan pie, apple pie and cheese cake together. Absolutely the best and very easy to make!
This is the best dessert I have ever made and perhaps ever had! I made it for a dinner party and when everyone left one of the guests said "I loved everything but the dessert was my favorite!" I also took it to a church party the following day and it was a big hit! I had to let it bake a little longer than 55 minutes and the prep was longer than 15 minutes but it was well worth the wait!
I made this cheesecake and it turned out great!! I baked it for 55 minutes at about 330-335 degrees and let it cool about 45 minutes before I put it in the refrigerator. It had a great consistency all the way through the pan.
I made this for a work gathering & everyone LOVED it! It took more than 15 mins. prep time and the baking time is not right, but very much worth it. I baked it about 75 mins. and the center pieces were more like custard. This recipe needs some modification but it may be the best I ever tried! I will continue to try this recipe till it comes out perfect.
I left this in the oven 20 minutes past recommended time and it still did not "set" the flavor was great but more a pudding than a cheesecake.
Everyone raved about this recipe! I am not much of a cook and it turned out great...and it looks exactly like the picture.

My whole family really liked this recipe. I made it a second time in 2 round cake pans. It turned out just as nice. We kept one for ourselves and shared the other one with my son's teacher. She asked for the recipe too!
This is wonderful. The cheesecake has a New York flare. I would note the Prep time was more like 1 hour, by the time you chop all the ingredients. It is worth the time.
