This is the first time I've ever cooked a cheesecake and it was wonderful! I followed the recipe exactly and it turned out perfect. It was beautiful and yummy!

I use walnuts instead and drizzled carmel ice cream topping over the pieces before serving. It was simply heaven.

I LOVED this cheesecake, it was easy to make and delicious! For this recipe, I used granny smith apples to balance the sweetness of the brown sugar. Usually I don't enjoy cooking, but this dessert gave a wonderful sense of accomplishment, it also presents very nicely.

Great recipe!!!!!!!!!! Everyone loved it. I just tasted it to make sure it was eatible for everyone else and once I tasted it I knew I would make it again and again. Not to hard to make. Just one tip to keep apples on top. Place brown sugar mixture on first then apples then more brown sugar.

My cheesecake was undercooked too. I actually put it in for 30 minutes longer than the recipe called for. When I took it out after cooling in the refrigerator overnight, the middle was still really gooey. I think the recipe looks great, and has potential, but either the cooking time needs to be really long, or, the temp has to be higher.

This was delicious! It did take longer than 10 minutes to prepare but I didn't mind. My concern was that it took me longer than 55 minutes to bake it. At 55 minutes mine was still very uncooked. Wondering if anyone else had this problem?

This recipe was wonderful. I cut the recipe in half for a small crowd and added caramel on the top and between the crust and batter. It was a hit!

Tasted amazing. Instead of chopping the apple I sliced them in thin slices. Looked very professional. Perfect for the fall.
