I didn't really care for this recipe. I used italian dressing. I would not make this recipe again. I was disappointed because I love veggies.

This recipe is a big hit at my house--and a great way to get everyone to eat their veggies! I do roast them about 15 minutes longer than required to make them less crisp.

This was good, but I was thought that the colors became a bit blanched after cooking. I'm not sure how to fix that, but would make it again as it went over well.

I made this cause my dad and i love green beans and my mom loves peppers, but it was so good my mom got me and my dad to try the peppers and they were delicious too! (I am not a pepper fan but i ate these)Everytime we've made this there have been no leftovers.

I have made this recipe twice. The first time was more successful. The second time I used frozen cut green beans. I am going back to the original recipe when I make it again
