I left out the onions as my husband and I don't like them. It's good with the Easy Pleasing Meatloaf.

What a wonderful way to prepare green beans. Even my non green bean eaters liked the dish. If you don't have the fresh peppers, use the stir fry package of frozen onions and peppers, it works like a charm.

Good flavor. Made this once then decided to make it for Easter and my guests loved it. A keeper.

I used frozen green beans and this was excellent. We will for sure have this again.

I also though the fresh green beans were too crisp, I'll use canned next time.

Was good, but we did not like the balsamic vinaigrette. We'll probably try Sun-Dried Tomato or Catalina next time.

Not a huge fan of this one...I made it for a church pot luck and had quite a bit left over...apparently other people agreed...
