My husband can't stand vegetables, and I had to remind him as he was going back for seconds that a green bean was considered a vegetable! Very easy to make. I used frozen green beans and think it tasted just as good as if they were fresh! :)

fantastic, very easy to make. A hit with my guests. I used green, red, yellow and orange peppers. I halved the recipe for 4 people and there were no leftovers. I will definitely make it again.

We loved this. I found I needed to cover the dish with foil for about 10-15 minutes to get the fresh green beans done. Also felt the cheese could be optional and not really necessary. Tried the same concept using brocolli, cauliflower, carrots, onions and peppers. Substituted Kraft Sundried Tomatoe salad dressing and sprinkled on parmesian cheese. VERY Yummy!

A new way to have green beans, I didn't have any yellow pepper and it was still great.
