This is fantastic. My husband and kids love this. It is so easy and is great with a salad and breadsticks.

Next time I'm using turkey and adding some dried cranberries for a taste of Thanksgiving in one dish!

Good-good flavor. I used 2% sharp cheddar instead. I also used my muffin tin sprayed with non stick and lined with won-ton skin for take on the go breakfast.Reduce baking time to about 25-30 mins.

I used egg substitute and low fat sour cream, low fat cheese and it was absolutely delicious! Everyone asked for the recipe. Easy to put together (10 min prep), good for a large crowd, easy to transport!!! I give it 10 stars!

My family really liked this recipe. I will definately make this again. I used 2 cups of ham instead of what they called for. I have a very hungry crew. :)

I think it would be wonderful made with ground sausage, sage, onions, celery, and peppers, and cheese of your choice. It was definitely an excellent recipe.
