Very thin. I used 4 potatoes and added some flour to try to thicken it up. Taste wasn't bad just too runny for my taste.

I made this recipe by the instructions and 2 out of 4 of my family requested sandwiches after tasting the soup. The third ate her portion, but admitted that she was trying not to be too picky so she ate the soup even though it wasn't that good. The broth was too thin and it needed a lot more potatoes.

I had left over corn and some cut tomatoes which I added. I also added some of the sour cream into the soup while it was cooking. With a little pepper it was great.

Made the recipe but instead of boiling potatoes, I used boxed instant potatoes flakes. This worked great and only took a few minutes to prepare the whole thing.

This was pretty easy. A little bland, but nothing some salt and pepper wouldn't fix. We did have to cook it longer than what the recipe said, but other than that, it was good and we'd definetly make it again!

i used my blender because the potatoe did not smash up that great and i think that it turned out well. my son really liked it.
