Easy to make, and pretty tasty! Followed the advice in the reviews and added a can of 98% fat-free cream of chicken to help thicken the soup -- I can imagine it would be VERY thin without that. Also subbed turkey bacon, skim milk, and fat-free cheddar and omitted the sour cream for a healthier dish. I made mine on the stove, and added all the bacon and cheese into the soup, completely melting the cheese.
