I made this recipe and it was sooo good! I changed it a little though. (I tripled the recipe) I peeled the potatoes, cooked them in the oven for 30 Minutes with a little water and aluminum foil covering them in a baking dish. Then I cubed the potatoes and put them in a pot on the stove with the broth & milk and then mashed the potatoes. I also added sour cream & butter while it was cooking. Yum!
