This soup was good and easy to make, but I was expecting it to be a little thicker. Now that I know what its like I can modify it for next time to thicken it up a bit.

Normally I won't touch potato soup but this potato soup is awesome. It's like eating a loaded baked potato, you taste the flavors of everything. I would highly recommend this recipe, especially for skeptics.

Extremely tasty and very easy to make! I made this as part of a dinner for my in-laws, and got MANY compliments! Can't wait to make it again! To make it a little creamier, I added a little of the sour cream to the soup. Delicious!

Good flavor but much too thin. I will make again but this time on the stove and with less chicken broth.

It is very tasty. The microwave cooking time varies -- mine took 20 min. If you don't have bacon on hand, use packaged real bacon bits. I used regular onion and carmelized it before adding it.

This is extremely quick and GOOD. I made it a bit richer with a touch of 1/2 and 1/2.

THIS WAS GREAT TO MAKE WITH THE KIDS. THEN E CHANGED IT A LITTLE. INSTEAD OF THE BACON, ADD 3 CRUSHED GARLIC CLOVES AND 1/2 CUP OF CILANTRO TO THE POTATOES THEN COOK COVERED FOR 10 MIN THEN FOLLOW THE REST IF DESIRED. GREAT COMFY FOOD!!!!!
