This recipe is super easy and very delicious. My husband and I love this soup and make it whenever we can't decide what to eat.

My family loved it! I made two batches so we could have some for lunches. I didn't follow the recipe, though. In on batch, I used about 2-3 lbs of potatos, and boiled them like you would for mashed potatoes, then added one can of chicken broth and 1 1/2 cups of milk. Then 2 green onions and extra bacon and a handful of cheddar cheese. It would have been very thin if I used all the liquid and I did it all on the stovetop.

This recipe was so easy to make, and it was actually really good!! I recommend peeling the potatoes though.

Very good and easy to make. I only add salt and pepper!

It was okay, but somehow it turned out really thin.

This is a great tasting soup. I added more potatoes to thicken it up. I cooked this recipe on the stove as my microwave took forever to cook the potatoes.

Easy to make, and pretty tasty! Followed the advice in the reviews and added a can of 98% fat-free cream of chicken to help thicken the soup -- I can imagine it would be VERY thin without that. Also subbed turkey bacon, skim milk, and fat-free cheddar and omitted the sour cream for a healthier dish. I made mine on the stove, and added all the bacon and cheese into the soup, completely melting the cheese.

My husband was not a fan of this recipe. We both thought that it was not thick enough.
