Loaded "Baked Potato" Soup

What You Need

lb. baking potatoes (about 2), cubed

can (14-1/2 oz.) fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth

cup milk

slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled and divided

cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided

green onion sliced, divided

1/4

cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream

Make It

MICROWAVE potatoes in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 5 min., stirring after 2-1/2 min. Stir in broth and milk. Microwave 10 min., stirring after 5 min. Carefully crush potatoes with potato masher.

RESERVE 2 Tbsp. each bacon and cheese and 1 Tbsp. onions for topping. Stir remaining bacon, cheese and onions into soup.

SERVE topped with reserved bacon, cheese, onions and sour cream.

With the peeling of the potatos and extra prep work, this soup was not worth it.

Very tasty. Kind of reminds me of the Olive Garden Zuppa Tuscana soup.

This soup was very bland and it does need cream. It was was too runny. You would think that the cheese, bacon and onions would be enough to flavor it but it is not.

I really did not like this soup. I know it is supposed to be low calorie, but without some cream, it is very runny and tasteless.

I've made it twice the first time It was just for my family so I made it according to directiions. The second time I made it for 9ppl so I made 3times more..this recipe is so easy to double or triple! It you make on the stove use have the liquid or its to runny

I didnt like this very much. I had to add some spices just to give it flavor. It was alittle too runny not what I expected.

this recipe is great. however, I boiled my potatoes in water for 15 minutes drained and then I put the chicken broth and milk and boild until they were soft. My children loves this as well as I.

I have made this recipe a total of 2 times and am about to make it again for the 3rd. My family and I love this so much! It is easy to make and always seems to turn out perfect! I like that it's also easy to double when you need more. (I have always doubled the recipe for my family of 5, and we eat it for about 2 days.) Thanks!

Quick, easy, minimal cleanup. A huge hit! Recommend adding more bacon.
