I made this, but unfortunately did not cook the potatoes long enough. We thought the flavor was very good, but it was also runny (again probably because the potatoes were not soft & mashed well). I will however give it another shot!

I found it difficult to make this receipe. It didn't even look good when it came out of the microwave so I didn't even bother to taste it. I just threw it in the trash.

Very quick, easy and tasty. I get requests for this from my family.

Easy and tasty I added chicken sausage for additional texture.

This is so good, I used colby jack cheese instead of cheddar and it was delicious. I wish I would have made a double batch....and it was so easy!!!!

This was awsome! Everyone loved from my 3 yr old daughter all the way up my 6 yr old and even my 17 yr old brothers! It is a family favorite... One helpful hint if you use the Red potatoes you don't have to peal them the skin is so thin!!

I substituted half & half instead of milk and that really helped the consistency. My kids loved this so much they asked for it the next night. Hold off on adding the bacon until serving time so it doesn't get soggy.

I did not rate this recipe as of yet because I am making it today. It seems to be easier than another one that I have, but instead of putting it in the microwave, I am going to cook it on the stove. Will let you know how it turns out.

It was very watery but I think my problem may be that I used skim milk... next time I will try it with whole milk. It was definitely easy though!

This was a wonderful soup. My daughter and I have made it several times now. She likes it a bit thicker, so we just add more potato's.
