I think next time the potatoes (peeled) will be cooked on the stove in a pot with the broth and milk to simlify the whole process. However, the soup was a hit with the family.

This reminded me of the potato soup my grandma used to make.

This was wonderful easy way to make delicious soup. I prepared the potatoes in the microwave, but had to cook them a little longer in order to mash. But I like a chunkier potato soup anyways. Then i put it all in my crock pot. We have 6 people in my family so I need to double the recipe. It was very easy!!!

The finished product tasted really good, however it wasn't as quick and easy as I had hoped. The potatoes didn't get soft enough in the microwave to mash in the bowl. I had to put it all though a food processor, which ended up being pretty messy.

I used the ingredients, but used the oven. I also used some small red potatoes to add more flavor. I even used 2% milk and it was yummy. I had some ham and used it - wow - my Mother and I really enjoyed it. Thank you Kraft - you're always sending me great recipes to try for my senior Mother and myself. Please keep it up.

My family and I were very dissapointed. This recipe was extremely runny and was so blah. I am glad my husband didn't invite his friends over like planned, I would have been very ashamed. I thought for the time put into it, it would have been ok...guess I was wrong.
