Loaded "Baked Potato" Soup

What You Need

lb. baking potatoes (about 2), cubed

can (14-1/2 oz.) fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth

cup milk

slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled and divided

cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided

green onion sliced, divided

1/4

cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream

Make It

MICROWAVE potatoes in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 5 min., stirring after 2-1/2 min. Stir in broth and milk. Microwave 10 min., stirring after 5 min. Carefully crush potatoes with potato masher.

RESERVE 2 Tbsp. each bacon and cheese and 1 Tbsp. onions for topping. Stir remaining bacon, cheese and onions into soup.

SERVE topped with reserved bacon, cheese, onions and sour cream.

The flavor of this soup was amazing. I like the other reviewer's idea of thickening it up with boxed potatoes. It is a bit runny.

Absolutey wonderful recipe, especially on a chilly fall day. I used a prepared chicken bouillion cube instead of a can of broth, and mexican shredded cheese, it seemed to add more flavor. We will have it again at our house soon!

Soo easy to make, I also added potato flakes to thicken it up. My family loves it and wants me to make it again!!!

I didn't like this at all...way too runny, and just didn't have a good taste.

My husband and my 3 teanage boys really loved this soup. I did add 6 med. potatoes to the recipe to give it a little creamer soup. All my boys want to make this one again.

i thought this was a great quick meal! My family really liked the recipe and I will definetaly make it again. I made it with skim milk for an extra healthy recipe!

This was OK. Next time I will use cream and do it on the stove top. It was runny and not thick and hearty. I think simmering it on the stove will allow the flavors to soak in to the potatoes and for the potatos to break down a little more and making the soup thicker. It does have good potential, just needs a little tweaking. Also, no skins!!

This recipe was fantastic! I peeled the potatoes prior to cooking them, but that was my only modification. My two picky kids LOVED this soup. They argued over who would get the last of it. This will become a regular in our household.

I love Potato soup, so I was so excited to make this. Unfortunately, my husband and I thought it was horrible! The broth consistency of a soup like this needs to be creamy and thicker, not watery like this recipe. I would never make this again!
