I didn't measure anything and it came out awesome, although a bit salty, and I even used reduced sodium broth. I used 5 small potatoes, 4 slices turkey bacon and I just added milk and broth until it looked right; probably about a cup and a half of each. I also used maybe a 1/4 packet of green onion dip, since I didn't have any onions, and 1/4 packet of ranch seasoning... maybe it was one of those that made it salty. I will definitely make it again, but with actual onions instead of the dip, and maybe without the ranch packet, or just a tsp or so...
