This is the first time I have made a cheesecake. I'm so glad that this is the one that I made. It was so tasty. I wish that I would have watched the cooking video before I made. Mine cracked, but still tasted great. The video was really helpful for the next time I make this.

This dessert is fantastic! It is so rich & creamy, with a wonderful mello pumpkin taste. It really isn't difficult to make - definitely worth the time to whip one up. I plan to make this again for Thanksgiving for a little twist on the traditional pumpkin pie.

Delicious...Didn't have gingersnaps in my kitchen. Used Nilla Wafers, and it was still delicious. Beautiful cheesecake.

I prepared this delicious cheesecake for a traditional autumn get-together with friends and everyone loved it! My husband isn't a cheesecake fan, but he can't stop bragging about this one! It will definitely be a Thanksgiving staple from now on!

This is the best cheesecake I have ever had. Typically I do not care for cheesecakes and make them only for my family but this one having pumpkin in it had me curious so I had to try it. I love Pumpkin and this is defintely a keeper. Though next time I would add more crust.

I made this recipe for a party recently. It was such a crowd pleaser. Not only did it look great, it tasted amazing. It was pretty easy to make - my first cheesecake ever.

I made this as one of the desserts for my mom's birthday party and it was a huge hit. I made the version in the 9x13 pan and it turned out great. Many of my family members have asked me when I am making this again. I am sure it will be part of our thanksgiving table this year!

wow!! a cinch even for those who can't bake! followed the recipe step by step, and it turned out just like the picture! it was a hit for the thanksgiving festivities!
