Pumpkin Swirl Cheesecake

Pumpkin Swirl Cheesecake recipe
Ginger snaps and pecans form the crust of this fabulous fall cheesecake. Plain and pumpkin batters are swirled together for a pretty marbled effect.

This was a big hit at our work luncheon! The crust was fantastic, as I had my doubts with using the ginger snaps. Will definately make again!!!

This recipe was easy to put together. I definitely would make it a day ahead of time so that the flavors blend. I took a chance and made it for the first time when expecting guests for dinner. Everyone loved it!

This was delicious, I used almonds instead of pecans, for allergy reasons. Looked and tasted very impressive! Tasted almost better the next day, after refrigerating overnight.

My husband and I both loved this recipe. It was easy, but looked and tasted impressive. I used oatmeal cookies for the crust instead, and that worked out nicely too. This will probably become one of my "show-off" dishes.

My husband doesn't like gingersnaps so I made a regular graham cracker crust. It came out wonderful. It was very easy to prepare.

My husband loves cheesecake. So when I made this for him, he absolutely loved it. I then brought it in for my co-workers and they loved it too. I love the crust :)

Loved it! Great taste! We loved the gingersnap crust-thought it was a great compliment to the pumpkin cheesecake. Made it for my mom's birthday and even my dad had seconds. I will definately make it over and over.......

Excellent. Gingersnaps difficult to crush and flavor too strong for us. Used prepared graham cracker crumbs to save time. Our kids love this any time of year and request it.
