Five-Cheese Skillet Burgers

Was not an exciting new dish that I thought it would be.

My kids even ate them.

My family loved these burgers and I just used the same recipe to make turkey meatloaves I have to say very very good!

My family loves burgers, but these were NOT a hit. They fell apart easily while cooking, they had the texture more of a meatloaf only they dont hold their shape and just crumbled while cooking and eating. Taste wise I wasn't impressed either. I'll stick with my old hamburger standby of adding some beef boulion powder to the ground beef...delicous!

I thought these were going to be delicious but I was wrong. They had a weird taste to them and smelled like crabcakes while they were cooking, not to mention they have the texture of meatloaf. My two elementary school age daughters and the two boys that live next door get so excited when I say I'm making hamburgers, but only 1 of them actually ate their burger last night - the other 3 took one bite and said they didn't like them. I think I'll stick with my normal burger recipe.

These were okay.. we did not like the flavor much and they were a bit bland.

very tasty. i used ranch shake n bake and they turned out great!

Very tender and delicious.

Absolutely wonderful flavor. Did smoke up the kitchen a bit but skillet burgers are worth it.
