I made these last night and they weren't very good. I burnt the bottoms because they were so mushy and soft I thought they were still raw, but I had already put the cheese on top so I couldn't flip them again. Then, when I tried to eat them, my brain kept thinking they were raw because of the texture. They weren't very flavorful either, but the texture was just too horrible. Now my hubby and I have the worst heartburn ever.
