I wasn't THAT impressed, but my husband thought it was delicious. It did somewhat have the consistancy of meatloaf, but overall i thought the flavor was good.

I was hoping the coating mix would add flavor. Instead it just made the burgers more dense.

My family loves burgers, but these were NOT a hit. They fell apart easily while cooking, they had the texture more of a meatloaf only they dont hold their shape and just crumbled while cooking and eating. Taste wise I wasn't impressed either. I'll stick with my old hamburger standby of adding some beef boulion powder to the ground beef...delicous!

I thought these were going to be delicious but I was wrong. They had a weird taste to them and smelled like crabcakes while they were cooking, not to mention they have the texture of meatloaf. My two elementary school age daughters and the two boys that live next door get so excited when I say I'm making hamburgers, but only 1 of them actually ate their burger last night - the other 3 took one bite and said they didn't like them. I think I'll stick with my normal burger recipe.
