This is awesome!!! Best meatballs I've ever had. You can't go wrong with the ketchup either, makes them not as dry .

I already rated this one but I forgot to mention that I added diced onions and I spread the ketchup over the meatball only but I just made sure I covered all sides.

I used light ranch. Didn't understand the purpose of spreading the ketchup on the cookie sheet, so I kind of rolled the meatballs in the ketchup after I spread it. I'll probably add onion or garlic next time to give more dimension to the flavor.

accidentally rated the wrong recipe on 24 Oct. I haven't had a chance to make this one yet. The zesty meatballs and rice is definitely one to try.

My husband thought these were a little heavy on the stuffing, but the kids loved them. Next time I will add some Italian seasoning for a flavor boost.

I used a muffin pan to bake this. They were wonderful!
